Last night I saw a play in Richmond Theatre about the holocaust. It was very moving and very shocking. The highlight was the interview and Q & A at the end with the subject of the play Eva Schloss- now 80 and a survivor of Auschwitz. This was an encounter with a piece of history and a person of history that we must never forget.I plan to read her two written accounts which are called Eva's story and her new book 'The Promise'.
