Instead:<br /><br />All heaven and hell recognise the cross of Christ; "men" more or less fail to recognise the cross of Christ and <i>because they fail to recognise it </i> they ignore its meaning.<br /><br />The fear of the Lord is the beginning of all understanding, and I don't think "interested" really conveys how those in heaven view the cross. <br /><br />See 1 Colossians 20 which states reconciliation is to all things in heaven and earth:<br /><br />19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
